Section 700.1803 - What type of Family Enhancement goods and services may be provided?(a) The Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) may provide a maximum of $600 of Family Enhancement goods and services to an eligible family.(b) Goods or services provided as Family Enhancement must not be used to support a family's basic daily needs.40 Tex.
