Section 73.4 - Use of the Organizer's Card

Whenever any labor organizer is soliciting members in the State of Texas, the organizer shall carry the organizer's card issued by the secretary of state, and shall exhibit the card when requested to do so by a person being solicited for membership.

The provisions of this §73.4 adopted to be effective January 1, 1976.
