Section 375.351 - Can a contractor reduce, suspend, or terminate cash assistance if the participant requests a hearing?(a) No, if the participant requests a hearing, the contractor cannot reduce, suspend, or terminate cash assistance until the hearing process is complete and a final decision has been made.(b) If the contractor's action is upheld, a participant may have to repay assistance that was given during the hearing process.(c) Participants can request that payments be held until a final hearing decision has been reached to avoid possible repayment.1 Tex.
