Section 358.347 - Nonliquid Resources

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission follows RSA 416.1201(c) regarding the definition and treatment of nonliquid resources, except with regard to the treatment of an automobile as described in §358.354 of this division (relating to Automobiles).
