Section 1660-01-01-.02 - FACILITIES(1) Facilities such as picnic tables, sanitary facilities and water fountains may be installed and or constructed by individuals, civic organization, counties or municipalities for public use subject to the following rules: (a) Approval must be granted in writing by the Executive Director of the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency prior to the installation of such facilities.(b) All rights and privileges to the facilities installed are relinquished to the State for the benefit of all members of the public.(c) The individual or organization installing any facilities must maintain them. In the event the facilities are not maintained, the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency shall have the right to remove them.(d) A Performance Bond in an amount to be determined by the Executive Director must be given the Agency to insure that the facilities authorized to be installed are properly maintained and removed at the expiration of the agreement.Tenn.
