Section 1260-02-.04 - TELEPHONE ANSWERING SERVICES

No broker shall post his license at a telephone answering service, nor shall any broker conduct the major part of his real estate by or through a telephone answering service; however, reasonable use of a telephone answering service by a broker is permitted.
