Section 1200-13-19-.09 - TELEPHONIC AND ALTERNATE ELECTRONIC METHODS FOR CONDUCTING PREHEARING CONFERENCES AND HEARINGS

In the discretion of the Administrative Judge, and with the concurrence of the parties, any pre-hearing conference or hearing may be conducted by telephone or other electronic means, if each participant in the conference or hearing has an opportunity to fully participate in the entire proceeding while it is taking place.
