Section 1200-13-08-.05 - CHARGES TO SKILLED NURSING FACILITY RECIPIENTS

The charge schedule of a provider must be applied uniformly to all patients as services are furnished. Appropriate writeoffs or adjustments shall be made to each Medicaid recipient's account to reduce the gross charges to the contractual or legal collection limits of the Medicaid Program.
