Section 1200-13-06-.13 - ESTABLISHMENT OF PER DIEM REIMBURSEMENT RATES(1) The Comptroller of the Treasury will establish per diem reimbursement rates for nursing facility Level I services provided to Tennessee Medicaid recipients.(2) The Comptroller of the Treasury will use: (a) the cost report required by rule 0380-1-10-.07,(b) budgeted information supplied by the provider,(c) the charge system of the provider, and(d) any other data the Comptroller considers relevant in rate determination.Tenn.
