Section 1200-13-06-.02 - APPROVAL OF THE DEPARTMENT REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION

Only those institutions designated by and contracting with the Department as rendering Level I nursing facility services may participate and be reimbursed as a provider under these provisions. The Department shall notify the Comptroller of the Treasury when a provider enters the program and when its participation terminates.
