Section 0680-01-.23 - REQUALIFICATION OF AGENT(1) Proprietorships, Partnerships and Corporations or firms licensed prior to the examination requirement, shall designate no more than 2 qualifying agents per major classification on a form prescribed by the Board and attached to the renewal of the license.(2) If the designated qualifying agents leave the firm for any reason, the firm must designate an individual to successfully pass the examination within three (3) months.Tenn.
