Section 0680-01-.06 - REINSTATEMENT OF INVALID LICENSE(1) After a license has been expired seven (7) calendar days the holder thereof must comply with the following requirements:(a) Expired (one-twelve months) - a ten percent (10%) penalty fee will be assessed each month to the renewal fee, up to twice the normal fee;(b) Expired more than one (1) year - follow new application requirements.Tenn.
