Section 0440-01-.17 - COMMUNICATION WITH THE BOARD(1) Renewals. All cosmetologist, aesthetician, manicurist, natural hair stylist, instructor and shop license renewals shall include the applicant's current address, phone number and if available, email address.(2) Mailing Address. All cosmetologist, aesthetician, manicurist, natural hair stylist and instructor licensees shall notify the Board in writing within thirty (30) days of any change in mailing address. Electronic notification is acceptable for purposes of this rule.(3) Responses to Board Requests. All cosmetologist, aesthetician, manicurist, natural hair stylist, instructor and shop licensees shall respond in writing to any communication from the Board requesting a response within the time prescribed by the Board pursuant to the request.Tenn.
