Sanctions applied for refusing to participate in JOBS or refusing to accept employment shall be applied for the UPP payment month. If one parent is sanctioned for not cooperating with JOBS, the second parent is also sanctioned even if the second parent is exempt from JOBS participation. If the second parent is participating in JOBS, the sanction is applied only against the parent who is not cooperating.
