Section 17:60:05:01 - Applications accompanied by signed statement

All applications for executive clemency shall be accompanied by a written statement signed by the applicant setting forth what the applicant believes to be a reasonable and realistic recommendation the board might make to the Governor. This statement may include any plea the applicant may desire to make in support of the application. A personal appearance may be required by the board.
