Section 47-56 - Inspection of the Decisions of the Appeal Tribunals and the Appellate PanelA. Originals of all decisions of the Appeal Tribunal and the Appellate Panel shall be kept on file at the office of the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce, Columbia, South Carolina, and shall be subject to inspection by the parties thereto, or their duly authorized representatives, subject to the provisions of Sections 41-29-150 and 41-29-170 of South Carolina Law.B. Copies of the complete file of decisions of Appeal Tribunal and the Appellate Panel shall be open to the public for inspection, but such copies shall not reveal the identity of the parties.Amended by State Register Volume 24, Issue No. 5, eff May 26, 2000; State Register Volume 35, Issue No. 6, eff June 24, 2011.
