Section 40-12 - Complaints(A) Complaints shall be filed and processed in accordance with Chapter 1 of Title 40 and the Administrative Procedures Act, South Carolina Code of Laws 1976, as amended.(B) Anyone may complain to the panel alleging that a person has committed an action prohibited by this section.Added by State Register Volume 32, Issue No. 6, eff June 27, 2008.
