Section 147.328 - Permit renewal(a) Permits will be issued on a fiscal basis of July 1 to June 30 next following.(b) Renewal of the permit will be subject to the review of progress towards deer management plan objectives.The provisions of this §147.328 adopted July 29, 1994, effective 7/30/1994, 24 Pa.B. 3716.
