Section 6210.81 - Upper limits of payment(a) The upper limits of payment for State operated ICFs/ID are the full allowable costs as specified in the Department's "Cost Apportionment Manual for State Mental Hospitals and Intellectual Disability Centers" and HIM-15.(b) The upper limits of payment for non-State operated ICFs/ID are the lower of costs or the total projected operating cost or if a waiver is granted under Chapter 6211 (relating to allowable cost reimbursement for non-State operated intermediate care facilities for individuals with an intellectual disability) an approved budget level as specified in Chapter 6211.The provisions of this §6210.81 amended June 17, 2016, effective 6/18/2016, 46 Pa.B. 3177.The provisions of this §6210.81 amended under section 443.1(2) and (3) of the Human Services Code (62 P.S. § 443.1(2) and (3)).
