Section 4310.14 - Billing legally liable relatives/clients and other liable persons(a) Client/LLR's and other liable persons must be billed at the end of each calendar month for the amount of the maximum liability or outstanding charges or both.(b) LLR's/clients/liable persons who refuse to provide sufficient financial information or other information for determining monthly liability must be billed at the full per diem rate for the facility.The provisions of this §4310.14 adopted December 3, 1982, effective 12/4/1982, 12 Pa.B. 4149.
