Section 4305.102 - Content of the mental health client fee schedule(a) A provider of service and a county mental health program providing services to county mental health program clients shall establish a fee schedule of charges known as "client fee schedule". This client fee schedule shall state a rate per unit of service and shall reflect as accurately as possible the cost of service. The cost of providing service is expected to vary from provider to provider depending on the nature of the services provided, the combination of personnel who provide these services and the client target group being served.(b) The client fee schedule may not be higher than the fee schedule used by the provider for its private clients.(c) The client fee schedule rate may exceed the county program rate of reimbursement.
