Section 4305.34 - Income not considered(a) Income that is not specified in § 4305.33 (relating to income to be considered) may not be considered as part of the total family income.(b) Income of the financial guardian or representative payee may not be considered as part of the total family income unless the financial guardian or representative payee is the spouse of the client or the parent of a client under 18 years of age.
