Section 4300.133 - Financial reporting requirements(a) The Department will prescribe the format, instruction and time at which county programs shall submit to the Department annual plans, annual estimates of expenditures and revisions, and expenditures and income reports.(b) The county program shall report their expenditures annually.(c) The reporting period shall cover the time period July 1-June 30 of the following year.(d) By September 15, local authorities shall submit to the Department an annual report of expenditures for the county program for the preceding fiscal year.(e) The annual expenditure report shall be submitted on forms supplied by the Department.
