Section 4226.103 - Status of a child during proceedings(a) During the pendency of a conflict resolution, mediation or due process proceeding, unless the county MH/MR program and parent of the infant or toddler with a disability otherwise agree, the infant or toddler shall continue to receive the early intervention services currently being provided. (b) If the complaint involves an application for initial services under this chapter, the infant or toddler with a disability shall receive those services that are not in dispute.
