Section 4226.75 - Implementation of the IFSP(a) To the maximum extent appropriate to meet the needs of the infant or toddler with a disability, as determined by the IFSP team, early intervention services shall be provided in the infant or toddler's natural environments.(b) Early intervention services shall be initiated as soon as possible after the IFSP is completed at the meeting described in § 4226.72 (relating to procedures for IFSP development, review and evaluation) but no later than 14 calendar days from the date the IFSP is completed, unless a later date is recommended by the team, including the family, based on the needs of the infant or toddler with a disability, or if requested by the family.
