Section 4200.22 - Special meetings(a) Special meetings will be held on call of the chairman on at least 24 hour notice to members.(b) It will be the duty of the chairman to call a special meeting within 3 days of the receipt of a written request to one-third or more of the members of the board.(c) No business will be transacted at these meetings except that named in the call for the meeting.
