Section 2600.226 - Mobility criteria(a) The resident shall be assessed for mobility needs as part of the resident's assessment.(b) If a resident is determined to have mobility needs as part of the initial or annual assessment, specific requirements relating to the care, health and safety of the resident shall be met immediately.(c) The administrator shall notify the Department's personal care home regional office within 30 days after a resident with mobility needs is admitted to the home or the date when a resident develops mobility needs.
