Section 2600.85 - Sanitation(a) Sanitary conditions shall be maintained.(b) There may be no evidence of infestation of insects or rodents in the home.(c) Trash shall be removed from the premises at least once a week.(d) Trash in kitchens and bathrooms shall be kept in covered trash receptacles that prevent the penetration of insects and rodents.(e) Trash outside the home shall be kept in covered receptacles that prevent the penetration of insects and rodents.(f) For a home serving 9 or more residents that is not connected to a public sewer system there shall be a written sanitation approval for its sewage system by the sewage enforcement official of the municipality in which the home is located.
