(a) The home rules shall specify whether the home permits pets on the premises.(b) Cats and dogs present at the home shall have a current rabies vaccination. A current certificate of rabies vaccination from a licensed veterinarian shall be kept.(c) Pets that are accessible to the residents shall be in good health and nonaggressive to the residents.(d) If a home has additional charges for pets, the charges shall be included in the resident-home contract.
