Section 41.32a - Clarification regarding the definition of "mailing"-statement of policy(a) The term "mailing" in § 41.32(a)(1) and (2) (relating to timeliness and perfection of requests for hearing) means to deliver by United States or commercial mail service or transmit through electronic communication.The provisions of this §41.32a adopted March 20, 2020, effective 3/21/2020, 50 Pa.B. 1695.
