Section 23.85 - Standards for providers(a) Prior to approval, each provider is required to do the following: (1) Establish a mechanism measuring the quality of the program being offered.(2) Establish criteria for selecting and evaluating faculty.(3) Establish criteria for the evaluation of each program upon completion.(b) The provider shall provide adequate facilities and appropriate instructional materials to carry out continuing education programs.(c) The provider shall ensure that instructors have suitable qualifications and are of good reputation and character.The provisions of this §23.85 adopted April 16, 1982, effective 4/17/1982, 12 Pa.B. 1231.
