Section 49.6 - Appeal of Department action as to final plans(a) A person whose final plans are not approved by the Department may appeal the Department's action to the Board.(b) The appeals shall be filed with the Secretary of the Industrial Board, Labor and Industry Building, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17120.
