Section 49.14 - Answer to order to show cause(a) An answer to the order to show cause shall be filed with the Secretary of the Board in accordance with 1 Pa. Code §35.37 (relating to answers to orders to show cause) and may include a request for a variance or an extension of time or both; the answer shall be filed within 30 days of the date of the issuance of the order to show cause.(b) If a request for a variance or an extension of time or both has already been filed with the Board and is still pending, consideration of the request shall be merged with the answer and considered simultaneously with the answer.(c) If a request for a variance or an extension of time or both has already been filed and is still pending, and no answer is filed; the request for a variance or an extension of time or both shall be deemed the answer.The provisions of this §49.14 adopted May 18, 1984, effective 5/19/1984, 14 Pa.B. 1765.
