Rule 310 - Pre-Intake Duties, Scheduling, and NoticeA.Juvenile probation officer duties. After a written allegation is submitted, the juvenile probation officer shall gather pertinent information to determine whether: 1) The allegations are within the jurisdiction of the juvenile court; and2) it is appropriate to schedule an intake conference.B.Scheduling. Intake conferences shall be scheduled within a reasonable time after submission of the written allegation.C.Notice. The juvenile probation officer shall make all reasonable efforts to provide actual notice of the intake conference to the juvenile and the juvenile's guardian.
