Rule 15.1 - Local Adoption Rules

The practice and procedure with respect to adoptions shall be as provided by Act of Assembly and the Rules under this Chapter XV. Local rules further regulating the practice and procedure with respect to adoptions may be promulgated in accordance with Rule 1.5, provided such local rules shall not be inconsistent with these Rules and the Adoption Act, 23 Pa.C.S. §§ 2101et seq.
