Section 349.3 - Building educational specifications(a)Planning. The introductory statements for educational specifications shall explain the consistency between the submission and the goals, objectives, and activities set forth in the district's approved long range educational plan.(b)Vocational-technical schools. Educational specifications for a vocational-technical school facility shall be approved by the Bureau of Vocational, Technical and Continuing Education, prior to their submission for approval by the Division of Physical Plant and Construction.(c)Special education facilities. Unless otherwise provided by an approved Special Education Plan, each building project shall make appropriate allowances for Special Education facilities.
