Section 660-045-0030 - Petitioning for Enforcement(1) A person may petition the commission for an enforcement order against a local government or special district in accordance with ORS 197.319 to 197.335 and 197.646.(2) A person petitioning for enforcement shall do so in accordance with the requirements of ORS 197.319 to 197.335 and this division.(3) The commission may dismiss any petition for enforcement not conducted in accordance with ORS 197.319 to 197.335 and this division.Or.
