Section 635-005-0665 - Fishing Area(1) It is unlawful to take, land or possess spot or coonstripe shrimp from areas other than the Pacific Ocean.(2) It is unlawful to land or possess spot shrimp taken from the Pacific Ocean north of the Oregon/Washington border (46°15.00' North Latitude) without the licenses and permits required to commercially fish for spot shrimp within the state waters of Washington.Or.
