Section 635-041-0070 - Walleye Taken Incidentally to Commercial Season(1) Walleye taken by net during any authorized commercial fishing season may be sold in accordance with OAR 635-006-0225.(2) Notwithstanding OAR 635-011-0100, walleye may be retained for personal use.Or.
