Section 603-048-2342 - Compliance Testing Requirements for Industrial Hemp-Derived Vapor Items

A handler must ensure that every process lot of an industrial hemp-derived vapor item for use by a consumer is tested as described in OAR 333-007-0342 prior to sale or transfer.
