Section 340-045-0040 - Renewal of NPDES or WPCF Permits(1) The procedures for issuing NPDES and WPCF permits apply to renewing these permits.(2) If a completed application for renewal of a permit is filed with DEQ under OAR 340-045-0030, the permit will not expire until final action has been taken on the renewal application.Or.
