Section 230-030-0330 - Time and Manner of Payment

(1) All purse money, if applicable, and travel money, if applicable, must be furnished by check to the Director at least 72 hours before the commencement of a card. Immediately following a card, the Director shall deliver such checks, if applicable, to the payees thereof and reflect such delivery on the payoff sheet. In the case of a percentage contract, payment of purses shall be made immediately after the percentage is determined by the Director.

(2) In the event the referee fails to render a decision at the termination of any bout, the Director shall retain the payment check, if applicable, for each contestant pending a final determination by the Superintendent.
