Section 150-309-0260 - Administration of Appeals Process(1) The Property Value Appeals Board clerk shall summarize orders on a form provided by the Department of Revenue.(2) The completed form shall be sent to the Department of Revenue within 45 days after adjournment.Or. Admin. Code § 150-309-0260
