Section 150-305-0236 - Date of Notice(1) For purposes of ORS 305.270(4), the term "date of the notice of proposed adjustment" means the date the notice was mailed. (2) The date the notice was mailed shall be deemed to be the date printed on the notice unless the addressee can establish by proof satisfactory to the department that such notice was mailed on a date other than the date printed on the notice.Or.
