Section 605:10-1-1 - Purpose

The rules of this Chapter establish procedures and standards that apply to real estate licensees, real estate schools and instructors, and which must be complied with as authorized under the provisions of the Oklahoma Real Estate License Code, Title 59, O.S., Sections 858-101 through 858-605.
