¹ This emergency action expired without being superseded by a permanent action. Upon expiration of an emergency action enacting a new section, the text of the section is no longer effective. Therefore, on 7-15-01 (after the 7-14-01 expiration of the emergency action), section 340:75-1-18.2 was no longer effective, and remained as such until added again by emergency action on 7-25-01.
