Section 165:55-23-23 - Response to customer complaint inquiries An ETC shall respond to the Commission upon written or electronic inquiry from the Commission within the following time periods:
(1) Inquiries regarding disconnection, suspension or termination of Supported Services - within one (1) business day of receipt of inquiry from the Commission.(2) Inquiries other than for disconnection, suspension or termination of Supported Services - within three (3) business days of receipt of inquiry from the Commission.Okla.
