Okla. Admin. Code § 1:1966-1
By virtue of the authority vested in me by law, it is hereby ordered that the Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission be placed under the merit system of personnel administration prescribed by the Merit System of Personnel Administration Act, (74 O.S. Supp. 1959 Sections 810-839 inclusive), and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder by the State Personnel Board.
It is further ordered that the following personnel in the Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission shall be exempt from this order: the Director, one Assistant Director and one private Secretary to the Director and the members of the Oklahoma Aeronautics Board.
