Section 5160-15-28 - Transportation: services from an eligible provider: payment(A) The amount of payment for a transportation service furnished by an eligible provider on a fee-for-service basis is the lesser of either the provider's submitted charge or the medicaid maximum payment amount for the date of transport. The medicaid maximum payment amounts for transportation services are listed in the appendix to this rule.(B) The amount of payment for a transportation service furnished by an eligible provider under an arrangement with a medicaid managed care organization (MCO) is determined by the provider agreement established in accordance with Chapter 5160-26 of the Administrative Code.
