Section 4901:1-35-04 - Service of application(A) Concurrent with the filing of a standard service offer (SSO) application and the filing of any waiver requests, the electric utility shall provide notice of filings to each party in its most recent SSO proceeding. (B) The electric utility shall provide electronic copies of the application upon request, without cost, and transmit the application within five business days. Upon request, electronic copies are provided in spreadsheet, word processing, or an electronic non-image-based format, with formulas intact, compatible with personal computers.Ohio Admin.
